We would love to hear from you. Whether you have spotted a mistake in one of our guides, want us to cover a place or an era you care about, or simply want to share how a trip went after reading Traveling History, your message is welcome. This page explains how to reach us and what you can write about.
How to Reach Us
The best way to contact Traveling History is by email. Please write to us at skdultana003@gmail.com. We do not currently offer a telephone number or a postal address, and we do not operate a live chat service, so email is the fastest and most reliable way to get in touch.
We read every email we receive and we aim to reply within a few business days. If your message needs research, for example a question about the history of a particular place, it may take a little longer, but we will still reply. Please note that we cannot plan individual trips, book travel, or give personal travel advice.
What You Can Write to Us About
You can write to us about any of the following:
- Corrections and updates. If you find a factual error in a guide, an out-of-date detail, or a place name that has changed, please tell us. Include the page address and the sentence you are referring to, and let us know the correct information and, if possible, where it comes from. We check every correction and update the guide when the correction is confirmed.
- Suggestions for new guides. If there is a place, city, region or historical era you would like us to write about, let us know why it interests you and what you would like the guide to cover.
- Questions about a guide. If something in a guide is unclear, or you would like to know more about a place or a period mentioned in it, we will do our best to answer or to point you toward a useful source.
- Your travel experiences. If you visited a place after reading one of our guides, we would be glad to hear how it went and what you discovered there.
- Feedback about the site. Tell us what you like, what is hard to use, or what would make Traveling History more helpful for you.
- Business and partnership enquiries. If you represent a museum, a historical site, a tour operator or another publication and would like to discuss working together, please introduce yourself and explain your proposal.
- Privacy questions. If you have a question about your personal data or how this site uses it, please write to the same email address and mention that your message is about privacy. You can also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for more detail.
Before You Write
To help us answer you quickly, please include the address of the page you are writing about, if your message relates to a specific guide, and describe the point clearly in your own words. If you are reporting an error, a short quotation of the sentence concerned is very helpful. Please do not send us sensitive personal information, passwords, payment details or documents. Email is not a secure way to share such information, and we will never ask you for it.
What Happens After You Write
When you email us, we use your message and your email address only to read and reply to your enquiry. We do not sell your contact details, add you to a mailing list, or share your message with anyone else unless it is necessary to answer your question, for example by checking a fact with a museum or a local source. We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
Thank you for taking the time to write to Traveling History. Every message helps us make the guides better, and we appreciate hearing from readers who care about the history of the places they visit.
